Who We Are

This website, blockpavingmiltonkeynes.co.uk, is operated by Block Paving Milton Keynes. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Block Paving Milton Keynes. We are the data controller for personal information collected through the site, and you can contact us about anything in this policy at contact@blockpavingmiltonkeynes.co.uk.

What We Collect

When you send us a quote request or a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address and postcode, plus the details you choose to give us about the job. That can include what you need, the size of the area, what's there now, when you'd like the work done, and any photos you email us. If you phone us, we may keep a record of the call, including the number and time, and calls may be recorded for training and quality.

How We Use It

We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote, and to keep in touch about that job. Our lawful bases are your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services. We won't send you marketing unless you've asked us to.

Sharing Your Information

We pass your enquiry to the independent block paving contractor who will visit, quote and carry out any work you agree to (see our Referral Disclosure). We also use trusted providers for website hosting, form delivery, call handling and visitor statistics (SiteBehaviour), who process data only on our instructions. We never sell your information.

Visitor Statistics

To find out which pages are useful and where people get stuck, we use a statistics tool called SiteBehaviour. It records things like the pages viewed, scrolling and clicks, and can produce heatmaps and anonymised replays of a visit, with anything typed into our forms blanked out. It sets no cookies and doesn't give your device a lasting ID. Visits are counted with a code that changes every 24 hours, so one visit can't be tied to another, and the results can't tell us who you are. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details for up to two years. If you go ahead with work, we may keep them longer where we need them for a guarantee, a dispute or a legal obligation.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop using it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@blockpavingmiltonkeynes.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.
